Darin Bradley is a writer, editor, and designer. He concentrates on the contemporary, experimental, or subversive "weird"—a pastiche of the speculative, magical realist, and pseudo-modern genres. He is the founding fiction editor of Farrago's Wainscot.
He holds a B.A. in English Language and Composition, an M.A. in Literature and Literary Criticism, and a Ph.D. in English Literature and Theory. His academic focus is on poetics, specifically how contemporary cognitive theory informs artistic meaning.
As a designer, he doesn't push particular aesthetics—the work should suit the project.
Darin lives with his wife in Asheville, North Carolina.
